  • Support enterprise information architecture, document management, version control, retention, records management, and content recovery.

  • Monitor SharePoint usage, storage, performance, permissions, configuration, and overall platform health.

  • Troubleshoot SharePoint, Microsoft 365, synchronization, permissions, automation, integration, data, and usability issues.

  • Configure and support enterprise SaaS and CRM platforms, initially including HubSpot.

  • Analyze SharePoint Lists and other approved data sources in preparation for migration into enterprise systems.

  • Develop data mappings, transformation rules, validation methods, reconciliation procedures, and migration documentation.

  • Clean, normalize, deduplicate, classify, validate, and reconcile business data before and after migration.

  • Maintain data dictionaries, metadata structures, naming conventions, and field definitions.

  • Design and develop business solutions using technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and comparable tools.

  • Configure and maintain integrations between Microsoft 365 and approved enterprise SaaS applications.

  • Evaluate APIs, connectors, plugins, and integration technologies based on security, data handling, licensing, cost, compatibility, and maintainability.

  • Test new configurations, applications, integrations, automations, and migrations before production deployment.

  • Document test results, technical issues, configurations, and implementation decisions.

  • Support the evaluation and responsible implementation of approved AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other enterprise AI tools.

  • Identify appropriate business use cases for AI and support testing, governance, security, monitoring, and adoption.

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders across areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, Human Resources, Quality, Security, IT, and executive leadership.

  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly technical solutions.

  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, procedures, testing records, and user guidance.

  • Support information governance, access controls, security requirements, and audit-ready documentation.

  • Provide technical support, guidance, and user training across supported platforms.

  • Recommend improvements to platform architecture, automation, data quality, governance, security, integrations, and usability.

  • Work independently across multiple priorities while collaborating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
